Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our return and exchange policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused and in resaleable condition.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

A valid reason for return or exchange must be provided.

Proof of the product’s condition (clear photos or video) must be provided before initiating the return process.

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Items returned without original packaging

Products returned after the 15-day return window

Items purchased on final sale or clearance
Returns may also be rejected if the product shows signs of wear, damage, odor, or tampering.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.

Provide clear photos or a video showing the condition of the product.

Our team will review the request and verify the product condition.

If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Returns will only be accepted after approval from our support team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier service.
Important conditions:

The customer must ship the product back at their own cost.

If the customer ordered the wrong product or wrong size, the return courier cost will be borne by the customer.

Once the returned product is received and verified to be in resaleable condition, the courier cost may be reimbursed where applicable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you via email that the returned product has been received.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Defective

Damaged during delivery

Incorrect item received

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will arrange the exchange.
Please note:

The shipping cost for sending the exchanged product will be charged again.

For orders shipped to India, the exchange shipping fee is 365 AED per product.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
For international orders:

Shipping to India is 365 AED per product.

Exchange shipments will also be charged 365 AED per product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider.

Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
